Glamorgan Students represent Wales in Welsh Students Rugby match

Three Glamorgan students represented Welsh Students in the international against English students on Sunday 17th March. Will Owen, Matt Smith and Owen Thomas were in the Welsh team team that narrowly lost to England 27 -22 at Clifton Rugby Club. Welsh Students was re established last year by the WRU as a ‘Performance Pathway’ with the aim of nurturing, developing and indentifying talented rugby players in high profile fixtures against other international teams.
